The people are great to be around and willing to teach new things. It's a small town so the members have been around for a while and pretty much everybody knows everyone. We are volunteer, so of course the pay could be better : ). If you are willing to try something they will help you out a lot.

Advice for prospective applicants:

It's a good department, in a small town, I like it a lot.
