The Kansas City, Mo., Fire Department operates from 34 fire stations. These stations are divided into seven battalion districts that include, 34 Pumpers (Engine Companies), 12 Trucks (Ladder Companies), three Rescue and one Shift Deputy Chief on duty every day in our community.

Our Fire Chief is one of the best in the nation. He has great management skills that shows throughout the department.
