My name's Dakota, I'm a part time firefighter with Middlefield Ohio. I have my 240 card from the Ohio Fire Academy. I'm also certified to the HAZMAT Operations level as well as a certification Emergency Vehicle Operator/ Pumper. I'm in school to become an EMT and ultimately a Paramedic as well.

    Sweet..I've been there for "can you take the heat?" it was an all women firefighter meeting for any women in Ohio...it was a blast, I loved it so much!! The school is very nice and the rooms aren't too bad! We stayed over night for it. That's actually where Fieryredhead and I first met! You'll love it there!!

    Thanks! I actually don't know if I'm gonna be able to start EMT school this fall, I'm gonna be moving across the country, probably this week....not entirely set in stone yet though!! But hopefully I'll be able to start the course out there next month....who knows!! ;)
