I am now working in the health care field, however I spent 17 years with fire service here. I enjoyed my work. but my health has caused me to give up my work as a firefighter, EMT. I am a mother of 2 wonderful girls, both grown . grandmother of 4 spoiled grand children. so I just want to say to you all. when you are out there breathing the smoke, feeling the flames. remember me.     Good Evening Everyone, I sincerely hope you all had a Great day, if not just try this:
    Ok....so, this is going to sound weird, but try it when you are having a bad day, and you will see that it becomes trendy with others around you and you all start feeling like your having a Great day again..
    So...here it is.....Start laughing, and then laugh harder, and then you know what....you will just start laughing so hard cause you feel weird and happy, but you will feel much better.
    Let me know how it works when you are having a bad day, and if someone tells you , you are weird. Just say ya, but my bad day just got better with the laughter, and how do you feel. You should try it. Laughter is good for the body and your perspective on life feels better with more laughter. OK.....OK......So, you think that was weird, and that I am too.....but don't you feel better. Guess what I feel better......lol
