About Me:
I am a 19 year old from Lancaster, Ohio. I've been on the Berne Township Fire Dept. for 4 years now. My parents and girlfriend (Berne 30) are also on Fire Department with me. My girlfriend joined the department this past fall. I graduated high school in 2007 from Berne Union in Sugar Grove, Ohio, and I'm in the Paramedic program at Ohio University of Lancaster. We are about 3 months into it and I'm lovin every minute. It's great!! I plan to go back to fire school to obtain a 240-hr Firefighter 2 certification. Afterwards I plan to join a full-time fire department. I'd like to obtain Trench Rescue, and Rope Rescue Certifications as well.
