He is also a past San Francisco City Commissioner and previously served as a Director of the U.S. Navy Memorial Foundation and the USS Arizona Memorial Fund. Chris is also the Founder of Affinity Labs, a diversified media company focused on building high-value, online communities. He is an active advisor and investor in a number of high-tech companies and currently serves on the boards of Cirrus Data Corporation and Dale Carnegie Training. Chris earned his commission from the NROTC program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he graduated with high distinction and was named a distinguished Naval graduate.
