    Thanks for the add! You asked a tough question. There have been some improvements and heat is an issue here as well.(GA, USA) Give me a day or two, I'll pass your question around and let you know. The first thing would be fitness though. Cardio workouts and pre-hydration, which means your guys should drink at least a gallon of water a day. Limit action time in gear if your crew is big enough. We usually rotate crews every 15 to 20 minutes. Also, the training guides here at firelink are filled with fitness info by Stew Smith to get you started.
