MIAMI, FL – A crash involving a school bus and three cars temporarily closed a portion of the Palmetto Expressway early Friday morning near Northwest 17th Avenue.
The crash happened at 5 a.m. when a car rear-ended another vehicle. The bus driver, trying to avoid the crash, swerved and went through the guard rail, down an embankment and crashed into the old Modernage building warehouse at 1200 NW 167th St. Two adults were in the bus, but there were no children. Nobody was in the warehouse. A female driver in a third car also went over the concrete barrier and onto Northwest 167th Street.
