This book was okay. At times it was over-simplistic. The workouts are very basic, the one thing I got from this book was to stretch daily, other than that I give it TWO stars.

I bought Michael Stefano's book and have used it, too. He is right on the money when it comes to
conditioning and physcial fitness. I only have one thing to say about his book. Get it and use it.
It is second to only Lt. Smith's Physical Fitness for SEAL's. I like both books.
