| Description: | Upgrade to the ICM-TxR. It is a tracking system to be integrated into operations command. The system links the command computer to anyone wearing an SCBA (which is pretty much all interior). Even if you are not breathing air and your bottle is turnied on, command has you in his system with your name, team, operation, air pressure, time left, temperature, and average time you will have left based on consumption of air. The systems alarms at the command center when you set off your PASS or your PASS activates when you are unable. It is a valuable asset for RIT teams your brothers and sisters and the injured. It also allows the Command Center to send an evacuation signal to one person, the team, or the entire operations sector. It is a great product and will protect my guys whenever they are in the IDLH. It also has a program for determining the SCBA air usage for mutual aid departments in your scene who have not upgraded their packs. |
It's a Life Safety issue that protects my fire department family, including the red headed step-children.
This is a really good idea. Why didn't we have these years ago?
they should be having this at every dept when thewre is a fire it a better tracking system than names tags
I think it's the best thing to come from MSA. I feel it will save alot of our brothers and sisters both in the fire and ems service.
I've seen this product in a demo situation. Never in the field. My career department is taking delivery of 16 new MSA packs this year and hope we get a chance to use some of this new software.
Awesome, Awesome, Awesome product. The MSA engineers are always coming up with new and improved ideas, that is what makes them ahead of the rest.
sounds like a great product.
