Reliable ... nice ride ... roomy interior (although not much head-room if you're tall)
My Dept. Utilizes several different brand Engines but I must say out of them all my favorite to drive is the E-one Cyclone!!!! It can turn on a dime, very stable ride, and effective storage... Its my first choice in Fire Apparatus!
We have been using E-one pumpers for approx. 15 years in Memphis. Our station has one from the very first order. It had over 150.000 miles on it when odometer broke. During pump draft testing our pumper out drafts all pumpers in the city, even new ones! Only complaint has been AC needs alot of attention.
Now , this is like our Engine.. I LOVE THIS TRUCK! It is my favorite, I would almost rather ride in this engine rather then our brand new not even a year old tanker we just purchased.. My favorite truck on our department!
