GRADUATE FROM HIGH SCHOOL!!!!

You will need at least that (or a GED) to do anything for the rest of your life. At many schools, paramedic is a degree program. So, yes, you will need a diploma or a GED to get into the program.

GRADUATE FROM HIGH SCHOOL!!!!

Also, most employers will not accept a job application without a copy of your HS diploma or GED. What it shows is that you will finish what you start. That's also why employers aren't always really worried about what your major was, more that you finished your degree.

GRADUATE FROM HIGH SCHOOL!!!!

Oh, and graduate from high school.

Alot of Medic Programs around me require that you have some college courses. I know that they require English 101, English 102, and A Finite Math Class(or what ever is equivalent, basically two english classes and a math class).

Yes, to become a paramedic you must first have a GED or high school diploma.  The paramedic program is tough enough in itself.  It consists of colege level anatomy and phisiology; basic principals in chemistry and biology; college level math like algebra and chemistry formulation; medical terminology; and you must also have the fine and gross motor skills necessary to perform the required duties of paramedicine.  There is also a lot of memorization.  Lots and lots of memorization.  You have to memorize drug information, patient assessment for both medical and trauma situations, and then there's report writing.  So english and writing come into play.  Hope this helps.

Furthermore, one cannot be a convicted felon in some states.  Here in Michigan, it's a case by case basis.
