Im 47 years old and am going to volunteer for a fire dept in Orange County Ca. Im getting back into shape and am wondering what kind of shape I should be in. Im able to run a 5k. I can do 50 push ups 50 situps and and 20 pullups in 5 minutes. Is that enough? What else should I work on?
