Posted 2 months ago DOES YOUR DEPT. ALLOW YOU TO GO ON FIRELINK WHILE ON DUTY?? OR, DO THE DEPT. HEADS FEEL THAT IT IS NOTHING MORE THAN A MY SPACE?? |

| Posted 2 months ago I am a volunteer and my fire chief is a member here so he really don't mind if we do it at the station. I am surpirsed that my job hasn't firewalled it out yet, so for now I can check in during the day at work as well as at home and at the station. |

| Posted 2 months ago We don't have internet access except in the 2 offices that are for the LT's, CAPTs and Chief. I know they use the computers to check email, etc. But none are on firelink that I know of. We can bring our laptops if and when we come into the station and sit for shifts along as we have our own internet access. |

| Posted 2 months ago I'm surprised my job hasn't outright disowned it too. I wish that the videos, quizzes, and other items weren't blocked. Something about the way they are streaming and such. Eric M. Gildersleeve
