Posted 4 months ago Are your depts. doing anything special to get ready for the 4th. We've called in off duty personnel to be ready for the grass/wildland/structure fires that will probably happen this weekend. Based on what we ran for this past New Years, we're expecting it to be even worse due to the weather conditions here in CenTex (hot and very, very dry). |

| Posted 4 months ago We still have fireworks here in our little city. This will be the last year for them. Well since 96 % of us at the station are gathering at one house or another to light them off and have BBQ's we will be readily available. Last year we had 4 sm fires- 3 of them sm brush and 1 out bldg. Everyone have a safe and fun 4th of July |
