redfish on the half shell with lemon pepper, butter, and other seasoning.  Or deer backstrap sliced thin and stuffed with a cream cheese and jalapeno mixture then wrapped with bacon. Both are GREAT!!!!

venison steaks marinaded in beer before hand and slowly grilled     or try this this, a banana sliced and placed in tin foil add some ground nutmeg and a largish splash of you favourite liquor eg brandy whiskey whatever. tightly wrap the foil and leave on grill on very low heat or dieing embers of charcoal while you eat your main course. open foil check hot and enjoy

Everything!!!! I grill everything. Grits are the hardest.

Seriously, we really do cook with the grill more than in the kitchen. Salmon, ribeyes, or pork tenderloin.

Beer. (Not grilled. Hot beer is gross.)

That would be alcohol abuse.

However, nice job with the political correctness. Telling where to place the chicken instead of where to place the can. Funny.

I  have 3 grills, 1 small, 1 large both gas, and then theres the fire pit. 6'6" round I can do pig roast on it, chicken racks, babyback rib racks, and all fed with oak, hickory, and some sasafrass wood. theres also a turkey fryer outside and we do wings in that also, so anything and everything. If its to cold outside???? I have a cookstove inside so I can get most of the same without the fresh air

To Grendel who talked about grilling bananas the same works great for pineapple. Try a little honey and cinnamon on them and put them right on the grill until they turn a carmel color serve warm with vanilla ice ceam. MMMMMMMMMM. Another good one is marinade boneless skinless chicken breasts in Italian dressing for a few hours then grill. They turn out nice and juicy.

Bloom an onion,  smother butter into it, add salt and pepper, wrap in tin-foil.  Set on the grill for 15 to 20 min.  YUM!!

Oysters, when in season are also great on the grill!

Just had a rare steak last night with lots of pepper and garlic.  Love to do seafood on the grill and don't forget the veggies!!!  Actually my favorite is on the beach with an open fire and whatever you can catch or dig up!!  Great with white wine, butter, and garlic.  Yummy

I have a cast iron 14" shallow skillet/pizza pan. It does double duty on the grill. I have grilled many thinks using cast iron. You can find one on the internet. I got lucky at a flea market.  You can use tin-foil for the frzen pizza's but keep it on the cooler side of the grill. Keep in mind, I have a big smoker type grill with a detachable fire box. Got mine from Lowe's.  Basically, I love to cook and try new things all the time. Hope this helps.

I think it should be noted that there is a difference between grillin and bbq ya gatta take yer time whilst que'in that said I been grillin & bbq'n a lot of fruit latley Pound some porkloin flat through in some dried cranberries chopped apple and some blu cheese roll and grill. or bbq whole apples w/ 1/2 honey 1/2 bbq sauce then smush on top chicken boobs add grilled prawns and mango salsa . someone said that beer chiken is alcohol abuse! thats funny but neglect is a form of abuse and ya can't drink it all cook it

Swordfish, shark and halibut. Halibut is awesome, put a big fillet or steak skin side down for about 5 minutes and turn only once. Also, bbq style, slow cooked tri tip. Marinate with honey sauce and Tapatio brand salsa picante then let it slow cook for about 2-3 hours.
