| Posted 3 months ago Everything!!!! I grill everything. Grits are the hardest. Seriously, we really do cook with the grill more than in the kitchen. Salmon, ribeyes, or pork tenderloin. Beer. (Not grilled. Hot beer is gross.) The largest room is the room for self improvement |

| Posted 3 months ago Beer. (Not grilled. Hot beer is gross.)
try this though-------take a whole chicken then open a can of your fave beer leave beer in can and push chicken over can. place on grill and leave there until cooked----its called beer steamed chicken and is excellent |

| Posted 3 months ago That would be alcohol abuse.
However, nice job with the political correctness. Telling where to place the chicken instead of where to place the can. Funny. The largest room is the room for self improvement |

| Posted 3 months ago I have 3 grills, 1 small, 1 large both gas, and then theres the fire pit. 6'6" round I can do pig roast on it, chicken racks, babyback rib racks, and all fed with oak, hickory, and some sasafrass wood. theres also a turkey fryer outside and we do wings in that also, so anything and everything. If its to cold outside???? I have a cookstove inside so I can get most of the same without the fresh air |

| Posted 3 months ago To Grendel who talked about grilling bananas the same works great for pineapple. Try a little honey and cinnamon on them and put them right on the grill until they turn a carmel color serve warm with vanilla ice ceam. MMMMMMMMMM. Another good one is marinade boneless skinless chicken breasts in Italian dressing for a few hours then grill. They turn out nice and juicy. |

I have a cast iron 14" shallow skillet/pizza pan. It does double duty on the grill. I have grilled many thinks using cast iron. You can find one on the internet. I got lucky at a flea market. You can use tin-foil for the frzen pizza's but keep it on the cooler side of the grill. Keep in mind, I have a big smoker type grill with a detachable fire box. Got mine from Lowe's. Basically, I love to cook and try new things all the time. Hope this helps. |

| Posted 2 months ago Swordfish, shark and halibut. Halibut is awesome, put a big fillet or steak skin side down for about 5 minutes and turn only once. Also, bbq style, slow cooked tri tip. Marinate with honey sauce and Tapatio brand salsa picante then let it slow cook for about 2-3 hours. |
