Posted 3 months ago Firefighter Casey Carlin Madison Firefighters Local 311 needs help. His dad was a member of the MFD who lost his leg in a fire. He later died of cancer. Casey was also a member of the Wisconsin Air National Guard as a crash rescue firefighter. He is also a veteran of the war in Afganistan. Please forward this if you can. Thanks, Tom

| Posted 3 months ago Thank you, He is alone since his dad died. But the firefighter local has people there all the time plus the VFW has some volunteers helping. The Madison Firefighters built him a handicap accessible house and almost everything was donated. |

| Posted 3 months ago So money would go for living exspense , in home nursing , medical care , etc ? I wonder if any of our grant writer's out there could help ? Also if Officers representing different departments could take up a collection ? If all give a little it would amount to much more. If any one has suggestion on how he could get more help , please add to this post. At the very least , we can keep this up top of the topic's for awhile with everyones help.
