Question?
Does your dept. reimburse you for mileage used running calls POV ?
I started about 4 months ago. I require that mileage sheets with ALL information to be included. It a little more paperwork for me, but that’s OK. I reimburse at the Federal rate.
It really is a help with my guys.

| Posted 2 months ago Yes, we get $5 per call as mileage reimbursement for calls (scene or station), training, pub.ed, etc, use of POV's for training etc is strongly discouraged, there are dept. vehicles available for people to take for out-of-town training. democracy, not theocracy, not now, not ever |

| Posted 2 months ago Well, I don't know if you would consider this the same thing...our fire district pays us $6 a run. They don't pay us so much for the run, but more for getting to the run I suppose. They call it reimbursment money. I guess that is the same thing. |
