Posted about 1 month ago IF your out an about and come accross an incendet an you needs some kind of help, would you rather have a civilan stop an help you right dar an now, or just have them stand by till some one comes With EMT/EMS. |

| Posted about 1 month ago personly I would think it would matter on the sisuation, like Deth or life. but nothin beats experince of a fellow depterment person an that knows what to do with out you coaching them like you would have to do with a cilvian. Like "its only blood, Hold this, an don't move that head." |

| Posted about 1 month ago Depending on the situation. Alot of the time I will take whatever help is handy. Be it a FF, CFR, EMT or the avg layperson if I can command their interest. Anyone in hysterics....<shakes head> no help anyway. |

| Posted about 1 month ago I agree with you SS, At times you grab whoever can give you a hand. Sometimes it's a good thing to let them help out just to keep the secne a little safer,and a little calmer. |
