If any member feels a *legitimate* need to file a complaint against another member, please directly contact me, or tsmith1, or emtjad via personal message. Please note, +this is not for whining type stuff+, but for a formal complaint against someone clearly breaking the rules and guidelines. It is possible that depending on the situation, a formal complaint may not be needed, if it is posted for all to see already in the forums, and just needs to be pointed out because we missed it. I would suggest that anything of this nature be copied and sent to us, in case they go back and edit it later. +This includes personal messages as well, and not just public forums.+ If you have any *questions*, you may ask them via personal message.
