Posted 7 months ago Alright we got two weeks before the superbowl and we got the Patriots vs. the Giants. Once again we have an undeserving team weasel their way into the Superbowl, now will there be a big surprise to us all or will there be something that most of us will only see once in our life time. Who favors who and is it illegal to hold gambling operations on firelink based on every firefighters honor code. Questions to be answered in the NFL Group. |

| Posted 7 months ago I'll go first, I am a little disappointed that the giants are going over Farve's packers and pray that it is not as boring as their last superbowl appearance against the Ravens so its Patriots all the way for me. GO PATRIOTS!!! |

| Posted 7 months ago I knew all season that the patriots were going to the big show! I also thought that the Cowboys were too. If not then the Packers. I couldn't believe that the Giants even made it far enough to be playing the Cowboys. Now that I've seen the Giants beet the socks off the Cowboys and the Packers, I just don't know. Being that I am such a huge Bronco fan and am used to rooting for the "underdog", It will be hard not to go for the Giants. Bottom line, I'm rooting for the Patriots~ I think:)

| Posted 7 months ago I wanted the Packers to play the Patriots. I thought the Favre would pick the pats secondary apart for the win. Well, that didn't happen so, hopefully the Giants learned something from the first loss to the Pats and beat them in the bowl.

| Posted 7 months ago I think Mr Favre is a tired pup. I was hoping they would win but oh well. I AM glad that the Cowboys are out of it-sorry rcooney- as I am a Redskins fan. BUT I am ready for the Giants to win. I like the underdog too! |

| Posted 7 months ago I do have to say that I am disappointed that Farve didn't have another go at the superbowl. For how old he is in the league he gave so much to bring the packers this far and lose on a bad game. But I gave up on trying to predict when he will retire. And who would have thought that Eli Manning would actually have an appearance in the big game. Still GO PATRIOTS!!! |

| Posted 6 months ago Even though I'm not a Giants fan, I was going for them to win. The last 2 min of the game was something! Well all I could say now is that the CHARGERS have the superbowl next year. LETS GO CHARGERS! |

| Posted 3 months ago First...and this is purely fun jabbing and not an argument Million Dollar Cry Babies....Thats what professional sports are being taken over by. The Giants played both well, and CRAPPY during the season, BUT...they played well when it counted more than crappy and they played as a team, so If you ask me, they deserved the win. Yes...I am a Giants fan!!

...How is it that you feel you have the right to say that the Giants were an undeserving team? Back up your accusations with fact, what fact makes it so that the Giants didnt deserve the Superbowl? Because they didnt ALMOST have a perfect season like the Pats? In sports, you win some and you loose some, its all about sportsmanship and playing like a team, and thats why the Packers and the Pats didnt win, cause all of you sit here talking about ONE or TWO players from each team that are any good. When I think of the Giants I can ramble off any number of talented players that contributed to the team over the season...Brandon Jacobs, Amani Toomer, Mike Strahan, Osi Umenyoria, .......Notice I didnt even mention Manning yet...Its all about being a team and playing well together when you need to, not about making millions of dollars a season and not playing a game because you cant get hurt and miss your photo shoot with Addidas and Nike next week.
