Whoops, not THIS Formosa Plastics site; the one I meant was in Illiopolis, Illinois. But same company, same kind of situation. CSB has a video on the one I meant as well. Check it out on csb.gov.

I trained several students in Hazwoper who specifically took the course to go clean up this site. No callbacks on injuries so far...my trainees tend to take the information to heart and work safe.
