New vehicle construction. The object of today"s vehicle construction is passenger protection. The different materials used in the frame construction are depicted in the different colors. Rea depicts ultra-high- strength steel. Yellow depicts high-strenght low alloy steel. Blue depicts high strength steel. We must have a good understanding of this in order to learn the best techniques to get people out of these cars when necessary.

this is true and also on certain cars u need to look out for the roled steel in the b post going from one side to the other like in the subaru kinda like a bult in role cage so when you go to cut the post with a combo. tool it's subject to brake the tool because of the harden steel inside
also need to use more out of th box training like make entry thru the trunk area and backseat if the vechicle is up side down just remeber stablize first
