The Flagstaff Fire Department consists of 95 full-time men and women, ten seasonal employees, and student fuel management interns. It serves the citizens of Flagstaff with 9 specialized teams including hazardous materials, high angle rescue, cold water rescue, and wildfire mitigation.

The Incident Broadcast Network is a totally volunteer, not-for-profit hobbyist organization, devoted to taking the scanner radio hobby into the 21st Century by bringing the best FREE, live, online scanner audio broadcasts from around the world to the Internet. IBN was born out of a project originally started in Washington State by Brian B., creator of NINN (National Incident Notification Network), which was a leading edge and very successful incident paging network during the early 2000’s.
